DreamySlope was born during a time of stillness.
I moved from Romania to Park Slope, Brooklyn just before the 2020 pandemic, after more than a decade working as a wedding, family, and lifestyle photographer. When everything paused, so did my work but it also gave me space to slow down and see my new surroundings differently.
That winter, I began capturing the quiet beauty of my neighborhood. Small moments, soft light, familiar corners. With my background in graphic design, those photographs turned into my first set of postcards, something tangible, something you could hold onto.
What started as a way to stay creative became something more.
Today, my work lives between photography and handmade pieces, all inspired by the beauty of everyday moments. Whether through an image or something you can hold, my goal is the same: to preserve feelings that last.
Dreamy Slope is about slowing down, noticing details, and keeping a piece of the city with you.
